Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of October, 2019, a Petition for permission and authority to adopt a minor child names JOSIAH EVERETT WALES LONG, was filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, Princeton, West Virginia. On the 3rd day of February, 2020, at 1:15p.m., at the Courthouse of said County before the Honorable Derek C. Swope, Circuit Court Judge, a hearing will be held upon said Petition, at which time and place you may appear.
