LUBECK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Public Service Board of Lubeck Public Service District (the âDistrictã) will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the District’s office at 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia, for the following purposes:
- To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2016 A (West Virginia DWTRF Program), in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,500,000 (the âSeries 2016 A Bondsã) and Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2016 B (West Virginia DWTRF Program), in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $450,000 (the âSeries 2016 B Bondsã and together with the Series 2016 A Bonds, the âBondsã), to finance the costs of certain improvements and extensions to the existing public waterworks system of the District (the âProjectã).
- To consider and adopt a proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds
- To consider and approve all other documents and matters in connection with respect to the Project.
This meeting is open to the press and the public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
