OBTAIN AN ORDER OF ADOPTION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED CHILD

 

TO: FREDRICK SCOTT

 

An Affidavit having been filed that the whereabouts and residence of the above-named individual is unknown to the Petitioners, Notice is hereby given to FREDRICK SCOTT that a hearing will be held before The Honorable Jason Wharton, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at his chambers located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, on the 25th day of June, 2018 at 1:15 p.m., at such time you may be present and heard if you so desire. If you fail to answer or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be taken against you.

The Petitioners represented by Jessica E. Myers, Attorney at Law, 201 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. A copy of the Petition for Adoption by the named person may be obtained from counsel for the Petitioners or, upon proper identification, from the Circuit Clerk Wood County, West Virginia.
