The City of Bluefield, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors interested in providing services to demolish the structure, located at the following address:
3124 E Cumberland Rd
In accordance with the job description and specifications as included in the Bid Packet. Interested parties are encouraged to obtain a Bid Packet, these will be available in the Bluefield Code Enforcement Department located at 200 Rogers St Bluefield WV 24701. For any questions, please contact the Bluefield Code Enforcement Director at 304-327-2401 Ext. 2457. Bids will be accepted until the date of Monday April 18th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Bid openings will take place in the Bluefield Municipal Building at 3:00 P.M. on this same date. The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals. Sealed bids must be clearly marked ” Demolition” and must be mailed or hand delivered to the Code Enforcement Department at 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, Wv. 24701.
