The Tazewell County Public Service Authority further reserves the right to reject as non-responsive sealed that contain incomplete information. Should a sealed bid be accepted, the Tazewell County Public Service Authority will require payment by certified funds within thirty (30) days after approval of sale by the Tazewell County Public Service Authority Board of Directors.
