The Pendleton County Board Of Education invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Pendleton County Board of Education 2 Pole Solar School Zone Flashing System, including installation. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Pendleton County Board of Education, 58 Walnut Street, P.O. Box 888, Franklin, West Virginia, 26807 until 3:30 p.m., local time, on Friday, July 7, 2023. Any contractor/supplier submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has all appropriate licenses and meets all the qualifications required by statutes of the state of West Virginia and will comply with the necessary statutes for public improvements.
