NOTICE OF LETTING
Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Elkins for total replacement of the HVAC systems within City Hall, located at 401 Davis Avenue in Elkins, West Virginia, until Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, 10:00 A.M. Bids will be due at the Operations Office, in City Hall, and will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Elkins City Hall on Wednesday, February 28th, 2024, 10:00 A.M.
Beginning February 21st, Bidding Documents may be viewed free-of-charge at the following locations:

Contractors may obtain Bidding Documents from the office of VanNostrand Architects for a non-refundable fee of $150 each, which will include a hard copy and digital copy of the documents. Any requested postage and shipping will be an additional cost. Bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond with their submission, and the successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. Bids must remain valid for Ninety (90) days from the date of opening.
The City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality, deemed to be in the best interest of the project. The City of Elkins will afford full opportunity for minority-owned business enterprises to respond to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin in the contract award.
