Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of April, 2024, at 3:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Katie Hornick will apply by petition in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing her child’s name from Sophia Ruth Hornick to Sophia Ruth Rhodes. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
