The Committee on Aging for Randolph County(COARC) is accepting bids for sealing and striping of the parking lots at three Randolph County locations.
Scope of work will include cleaning, crack filling as necessary, sealcoating and striping of parking spaces at the parking lots located at #1 Fifth Street in Elkins, WV, 20 Water Street in Harman, WV, and 49 Town Center Plaza in Mill Creek, WV.
Bidder will assure that the project will be completed by June 30, 2024. Successful bidder will be responsible for any necessary permits, and will furnish COARC with proof of insurance, worker’s comp insurance, contractor and business licenses. Successful bidder will work with COARC staff to ensure lot is available during peak hours throughout the project.

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at #1 Fifth Street, or by mail at PO BOX 727 Elkins, WV 26241. Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on April 9, 2024.
