MONONGAHELA NATIONAL FOREST
The Lynn Divide Sale is located within Compartment 46, Randolph County, 25 miles North of Bartow, WV, in the headwaters of Glady Fork. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids at Forest Supervisor’s Office, 200 Sycamore Street, Elkins, WV 26241 before or at the time of public bid opening at 2:00 PM local time on 07/11/2024 for an estimated volume of 1574 CCF of Black Cherry sawtimber, 770 CCF of Maple (RM, SM)
sawtimber, 287 CCF of Hardwood – Other (Bi, Cuc, Mag) sawtimber, and 1263 CCF of pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Greenbrier Ranger District, 7409 Staunton Parkersburg Turnpike, Bartow, WV 24920, Forest Supervisor’s Office or https://www.fs.usda.gov/resources /mnf/landmanagement/resource management.
