Request for Proposal – Parking Lot Sealing/Striping
The Randolph County Development Authority is requesting sealed firm commitment proposals for sealing and striping the parking lots on the east and west sides of their facility located at 10 11th Street in Elkins, West Virginia. Commitment proposals must be received by August 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. when they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. The proposal opening will be held at the Randolph County Development Authority office, 10 11th Street, Elkins, WV 26241. Proposals must be sealed, and hand delivered or mailed as follows: Randolph County Development Authority, c/o Parking Lot Proposal, 10 11th Street, Suite A, Elkins, WV 26241.
