The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a judgment against Victoria A. James in favor of Citizens Bank of West Virginia.
Defendant, Victoria A. James borrowed and signed a Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement on December 19, 2020, promising to pay unto Citizens Bank of West Virginia monthly payments and pledged a 2020 Jeep Cherokee SN: 1C4PJMLX6LD644708 as collateral for said loan, and as further set forth In the Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement.
Defendant, Victoria A. James stopped making payments and defaulted on said loan.
Plaintiff repossessed the vehicle being held as security for the obligation of the Defendant and after the sale thereofthere was a deficiency balance due to Plaintiff. Therefore this suit is to collect the deficiency balanced owed to Plaintiff.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence, but has been unable to located the defendant.
It is ORDERED that Victoria A. James do serve upon R. Mike Mullens, the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 324 Randolph Avenue. Elkins. West Virginia. 26241. an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days Irom the date of this publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter.
