The object of the above entitled action is: Plaintiff has alleged that the Defendants owe him $4,270.00 for monies loaned to them.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in thjis action that: The Defendant, Joann Bennett, was not served, either in person or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the Defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Joann Bennett do serve upon Benjamin Shepler, Magistrate, whose address is 11 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 10, 2024, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Joann Bennett at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
