To DEVIN EDMOND, Respondent:
It appearing that whereabouts and addresses of the above-named Respondent is unknown and that the Petitioner has used due-diligence to attempt to locate the Repsondent, Respondent is hereby notified that this action may affect their parental rights, if any, to Devin Edmond.
It is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent serve upon Raymond K. LaMora lll, Esq., Counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 229, Elkins, WV 26241, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defenses they may have within thrity (30) days of the first (1st) publication of this Notice. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Randolph County, located at Randolph County Courthouse, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241.
Respondent is further notified that a final hearing will be held on this Petition on the 10th day of September, 2024, at 3:00PM in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, Randolph County Courthouse, 2 Randolph Ave., Elkins, WV 26241, before the Honorable David H. Wilmoth, Judge of the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia.
