NOTICE
The Committee on Aging for Randolph County, Inc. is soliciting bids for the performance of a formal agency-wide audit in conformance with AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide Audits of State and Local Government Units, and GAO Standards for Audits of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities and Functions. Our agency utilizes QuickBooks Enterprise 2024 Non-Profit accounting software. Bids should include audit services for two years (FY2024 and FY2025), and include cost of IRS form 990. Bid must include provisions that the Audit and 990 will be completed by February 28, the Accountant’s copy of software will not be pending for more than 60 days, and that failure to comply with those time frames will result in significant monetary penalty. All Accountant’s changes will be reviewed by RCSC before they are made permanent. For additional specifications, contact the Randolph County Senior Center at 636-4747. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. September 16, 2024. The Committee on Aging reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
