The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that HANNAH ALYSSA KELLEY, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ORDERED that, HANNAH ALYSSA KELLEY, Respondent, serve upon DANA LEE KELLEY, Petititioner, whose address is Salem Correctional Center, 7 Industrial Blvd., Industrial, WV 26426, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before October 28, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
