It appearing that the plaintiff, United Bank, has filed suit against you seeking an injunction against you directing you to surrender possession of a certain 2021 Subaru Outback automobile, as well as for money judgment against you in connection with a loan made on or about October 27, 2022, and has exercised due diligence to ascertain your whereabouts without effect. You must appear and defend this action on or before thirty (30) days following the date that this notice is initially published in the newspaper or else judgment by default will be rendered against you at any time thereafter. Any response to the COMPLAINT must be filed with the Clerk of this Court and served upon counsel for the plaintiff, Andrew C. Woofter, III, at 2104 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101. You may obtain a copy of the COMPLAINT from the Clerk of this Court.
