THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO OBTAIN AN ORDER OF ADOPTION OF THE ABOVE NAMED CHILD

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to the provisions of W.Va. Code §48-22-206 et seq., that a petition for adoption of the child, B.M.K., has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
NOTICE: You are hereby notified that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding and that you may appear and defend any such rights within the required-time after such service: If you are hereby properly served and fail to respond within the required time after its service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by JOSEPH DEWAYNE LEMON from the Circuit Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building 2 Government Square, Room 131, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101.
Notice and a copy of the Petition shall also be served accordingly under W.V. Code §48-22-206. You are further notified that a final adoption hearing shall be held on December 6, 2024 at the hour of 9:00 am or as soon thereafter, including at a such later date and/or time not further requiring publication as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge John D. Beane, Wood County Judicial Building, at 2 Government Square, Room 421 Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101
