OPPORTUNITY FOR
PUBLIC MEETING AND COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED
PARTIAL ABANDONMENT OF COUNTY ROUTE 14/13 (0.105 MILE)
LOCATED IN WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The West Virginia Division of Highways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment of County Route 14/13, beginning at a point on CR 14/13, said point being 0.455 mile north of the junction of WV 14 and CR 14/13; thence northerly 0.105 mile and ending. The total length abandoned from CR 14/13 is 0.105 mile. The new total length of CR 14/13 will be 0.455 mile.
The West Virginia Division of Highways, District 3, requested the abandonment on behalf of an adjacent property owner, Croesus Marathon Holding, LLC. Information related to the proposed partial abandonment may be found at http://go.wv.gov/roadabandonments.
