Wood County Development Authority is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the WVUPF-ITC Aluminum Exterior Openings project. Project includes selective demolition of existing windows and doors as noted on drawings and installation of new storefront and curtain wall in existing exterior openings as noted. Electronic bid documents will be available on November 4, 2024, at www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. A Prebid meeting will be held on November 8, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Innovation Technology Center formally known as OVU Campus located at 1 Campus View Drive, Vienna, WV 26105. Bids will be due at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, 2024, at WVUP located at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104, Attention: Lindsey Peirsol. A public bid opening will take place in Room 1207 directly after bids are due.
