ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled action is to subject real estate to payment of debts of the decedent Sheldon Jay Sheridan when the personal estate is insufficient for the payment of his debts. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that counsel for Plaintiff, Richard D. Smith, Jr., has attempted to serve Defendants, Persia Anderson, Christopher Dicks, and Austin Sheridan, at their respective last known address via certified mail from the Circuit Court Clerk’s office pursuant to Rule 4(d)(1)(D) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, but the attempt of service for each respective defendant has been unsuccessful. Furthermore, the affiant represented that the Defendants, Persia Anderson, Christopher Dicks, and Austin Sheridan are each a non resident. Persia Anderson believed to reside in New York, New York; Christopher Dicks believed to reside in Tacoma, Washington; and Austin Sheridan believed to reside in N. Las Vegas, Nevada.
It is ordered that each of Persia Anderson, Christopher Dicks, and Austin Sheridan do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court Clerk Celeste Ridgway at #2 Government Square, Parkersburg WV 26101 and Plaintiff Estate of Sheldon Jay Sheridan, deceased, Lisa Sheridan, Administratrix, via its attorney Richard D. Smith, Jr. at P.O. Box 2034, Parkersburg, WV 26102 an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before December 2, 2024, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
