The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appears by affidavit filed in this action that CHRISTINA LYNN BLUGEL is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that CHRISTINA LYNN BLUGEL, Respondent, serve upon COLTON BLAKE FOLEY, Petitioner, c/o Celeste Ridgway, Circuit Clerk, Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before December 5, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
