Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of January, 2025m at 3:00 o”clock pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Clinton Alan Johnson will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petioner’s name from Clinton Alan Johnson to Emma Florence Johnson. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Undersigned Clerk at his office.
