INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE
PENDLETON COUNTY COURTHOUSE
ADDITION AND RENOVATION
Sealed bids for the proposed Pendleton County Courthouse Addition & Renovation, will be received by the Pendleton County Commission, attention, Karen Pitsenberger, 100 South Main Street, Franklin, WV 26807 until 1:30pm, on February 5, 2025, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of January 6, 2025
The project consists of a 3 Story addition consisting of Insulated Concrete form and face brick. Interior walls are metal stud with drywall. Floor system consist of steel bar joists, steel deck, concrete with wood roof trusses. Existing building is on the historical register. The new addition shall be built first and then the renovation work may be started.

Mandatory Pre-bid
Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at Pendleton County Courthouse, 100 South Main Street, Franklin WV 26807 at 11:00am on January 16, 2025.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Pendleton County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any and all informalities.
