This hearing is held to determine the distribution of the wrongful death settlements of the above-
referenced Decedent pursuant to West Virginia Code Sections 55-7-6 and 55-7-7.
The issuance of an ORDER APPROVING AND DISBURSING WRONGFUL DEATH SETTLEMENTS provides to whom and in what proportion the wrongful death settlements both now and in the future will be distributed. The settlements are as a result of claimed asbestos exposure and disease of the deceased person.
You have been identified as someone who may have a claim under West Virginia wrongful death law. You have the right to be present at the hearing on February 25, 2025, to protest and object to the entry of an Order. You have the right to be represented by an attorney of your choice and at your own expense at the hearing. The ORDER APPROVING AND DISBURSING WRONG DEATH SETTLEMENTS will govern the distribution of current as well as future settlements.
