It appearing by affidavit in this action that Oscar Reyes, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that he serve upon Dennis & Carmen Eye, whose address is 117 Eye Lane, Brandywine, WV 26802, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Guardian filed in this action, on or before Feb. 28, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
