The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appears by affidavit filed in this action that ASHLEY TSCHIDA, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that ASHLEY TSCHIDA, Respondent, serve upon SCOTT ANTHONY TSCHIDA, Petitioner, whose address is 619 Reed St Parkersburg, WV 26104, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before FEBRUARY 17, 2025.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition
