Jamie Mooney and Vickie Mooney, the plaintiffs in the above-styled civil action, have caused a Complaint to be filed in the case styled Jamie Mooney and Vickie Mooney, individually and as Husband and Wife vs. Ullman Construction, LLC (an LLC that is not in good standing with Office of West Virginia Secretary of State), a West Virginia limited liability corporation. Craig Jacob “Jake” Ullman, individually, John Doe Subcontractors, and Long Reach Federal Credit Union, a West Virginia corporation, Wood Civil Action No. 24-C-383. A copy of that Complaint may be obtained from the Wood County Circuit Court Clerk, Wood County Judicial Building, No. 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101 (304-424-1700).
