Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of March, 2025, at 2:30 o’clock pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Hunter Lewis will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David H. Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Joshua Lee Bennett to Joshua Lee Grogan. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
