You will take notice that CITY OF PARKERSBURG URBAN RENE, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 2023-C-000185, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, PT#36 & 37 GORDON & EBERT ADN & INT 10FT ALLEY which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of GOODWIN JOHN R JR GOODWIN LINDA K, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on July 18, 2024. CITY OF PARKERSBURG URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY requests that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made on or after August 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.The amount needed to redeem on or before July 31, 2025 will be as follows:
