City of Vienna Invitation to Bid# CW 25-01
Cleaning of Various Buildings Throughout the City of Vienna
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed proposals for the daily cleaning of various buildings throughout the City of Vienna.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Finance Director, Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on Friday, February 28, 2025 at the Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID# CW 25-01 .
Prospective bidders may contact Amy Roberts at (304)295-5070 ext. 341, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications and to schedule at time to inspect the areas to be cleaned. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a city business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered.
