The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Omega Health Services, CON File #25-8/9-13205-BH, to become an IDD Waiver Services Provider in Berkeley, Jefferson, Mineral, Hampshire, Morgan, Grant, Hardy and Pendleton Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure $0.
