Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 7, 2025 @ 9:30a.m., on said day or as soon thereafter as the mattermay be heard, before the Honorable Judge J.D. Beane, Petitioner will apply by Petition to th Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virgini for the entry of an order by said Court granting adoption of XT, at which time and place, Brennen Tanner, may appear if so desired.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk, Celeste Ridgway, at her office at #2 Government Square, Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
