Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of May, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Sandra Marie Humphries, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Sandra Marie Humphries to Sandra Marie Kennedy. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
