The Parkersburg Utility Board, an equal opportunity employer, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of potassium permanganate. Specifications are available at the Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each weekday.
Bids are to be submitted at the Utility Board office in a sealed envelope other than the mailing envelope on or before 1:00 p.m. May 1, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The envelope shall be clearly marked – Bid Enclosed – Potassium Permanganate.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
