LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO OBTAIN AN ORDER OF ADOPTION OF THE ABOVE NAMED CHILD
TO: ADAM KING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to the provisions of W.Va. Code §48-22-206 et seq., that a petition for adoption of the child, R.A.M., has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
NOTICE: You are hereby notified that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding and that you may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. If you are hereby properly served and fail to respond within the required time after its service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by ADAM KING from the Circuit Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Fourth Floor, Suite 421, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Notice and a copy of the Petition shall also be served accordingly under W.V. Code §48-22-206. You are further notified that a final adoption hearing shall be held on June 30, 2025 at the hour of 9:00 am or as soon thereafter, including at a such later date and/or time not further requiring publication as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge John D. Beane, Wood County Circuit Judge, at Wood County Judicial Building, Fourth Floor, Suite 421, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
