The City of Williamstown is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Planning, Architectural, and Engineering Services to provide architectural and engineering design and construction phase services for the renovation/adaptive reuse of the remaining portion of the former Williamstown Elementary School into a community center. This RFQ is being initiated to secure the services of a qualified AE firm to provide architectural and engineering planning, design, and construction phase services for a new Community Center in the remaining portions of the former Williamstown Elementary School.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Planning, Architectural, and Engineering Services pertaining to the former Williamstown Elementary School are to be addressed to The City of Williamstown, 100 West Fifth Street, Williamstown, WV 26187 and will be received on or before 4pm on June 17, 2025.
A copy of the RFQ Package in its entirety, including scope of work is available for pick up at the City of Williamstown, 100 West Fifth Street, Williamstown, WV 26187, or a digital copy via electronic mail request to be addressed to sstengel@williamstown

The services detailed in the RFQ are professional services. The selection of a firm for professional services is made in the discretion of the City of Williamstown. The City of Williamstown reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all qualifications and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities or to accept the firm who the City of Williamstown in its sole discretion determines to be most qualified. The City of Williamstown may determine to take no action and reserves the right to do so. Qualifications submitted after the deadline date and time will not be accepted. Furthermore, Firms submitting qualifications not in proper form may be rejected.
