ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to terminate the parental rights and obtain the adoption of N.G.
It is hereby ordered that Jessica M. Lowe, mother of the above minor child, and James Gonzales, father of the above minor child, serve upon an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action within thirty days of the date of the first publication. If you fail to do so, at any time thereafter terminate your parental rights. This hearing will take place in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, #2 Government Square Rm 421, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:00am.
This Order shall be published once a week for two successive weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement.
