The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to: William R. Gordon, The Estate of Peggy B. Gordon, Any/All Unknown Heirs of Peggy B. Gordon, and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a trustee’s sale pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated April 30th, 1998, executed by William R. Gordon and Peggy B. Gordon, secured by the property located at 706 51st Street, Wood County, Vienna, West Virginia 26105. This Deed of Trust was recorded on May 04, 1998 in the Clerk’s Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County in Book No. 119, at page 56.
Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before June 16, 2025, which date is no sooner than thirty (30) days after entry of this Order of Publication.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two (2) successive week in The Parkersburg News and Sentinel newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wood, West Virginia.
