NOTICE OF REDEMPTION

To: ISABEL STUCKY C/O KENNETH CONRAD, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that CATO ENERGY LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000498, located in STEELE District, OGM UNDER TCT 56-A 143-P 25-A & 10-A POND CR TCT 4 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of STUKEY ISABELL & HEIRS, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 31, 2023. CATO ENERGY LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after August 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.The amount needed to redeem on or before July 31, 2025 will be as follows:
