The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Corporation and Camden-Clark Physician Corporation, CON File #25-5-13279-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility in Parkersburg, Wood County, WV. Capital Expenditure $730,000.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
