The object of the above entitled action is Have service of a civil complaint on Austin Flowers. Plantiff has tried on several attempts to have the defendant served with no service at this location.
And by appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service on an appropriate family member, or process server. After service was twice attempted, in which the Defendant resided or worked is located.
It is ordered that Austin Flowers do serve upon Magistrate Alan Suder, magistrate, whose address is 38 West Main Street, Room 203, Buckhannon, WV 26201, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 30, 2025, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Austin Flowers at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
