NOTICE:
Entering my 44th year of practice, I am pleased to let you know that I am merging my law practice in with the Office of Golden & Amos. My staff and I will continue to serve former and future clients there. This merger will provide greater physical and technological support to meet your needs.
Also, be advised that over those years I have accumulated a substantial collection of old files. State Bar Guidelines provide that I should retain files newer than five years old. In order to clear storage space, my former clients are advised that I will be destroying old files not claimed by clients.
For files closed before May 1, 2020, please let me know within the next 30 days if you want your file. Otherwise, I will presume you authorize me to have it destroyed.
Unless you notify me you want the file, for cases closed after May 1, 2020, I will retain those at least until such time as five years expires, at which time they will be periodically destroyed.
