The object of the above entitled action is to be awarded judgment against the Defendant, Brandon Lee Jones, in the amount of $7,470.00, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, statutory attorney’s fees, costs incurred in the prosecution of this case, and such other relief as the Court deems just.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Clinton W. Smith, Esquire, counsel for the Plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendant, Brandon Lee Jones, without effect. it is ordered that Brandon Lee Jones do serve upon Clinton Smith, Mezzanine Ste. 4, 405 Capitol St., Charleston, WV 25301 & The Honorable Benjamin Shepler, magistrate, whose address is 11 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia 26241 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 30, 2025 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Brandon Lee Jones can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
