INVITATION TO BID Cabell County School System is seeking bids on vegetation control at all school sites for the 2026 – 2029 school years. Services should include spraying all fence lines, a 6″ area around all buildings, all sidewalk cracks and parking lots. Spraying will consist of three times a year, spring, summer and fall.
