ADVERTISEMENT AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING SERVICES Pursuant to W.Va. Code 5G-1-3, the Administrative Council for Fred W. Eberle Technical Center is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural / Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for A New Classroom Building at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center. Qualified firms are invited to contact Rebecca Bowers-Call, Director: Rebecca.bowers@ k12.wv.us or 304-472-1259 at the Administrative Council for Fred W. Eberle Technical Center Office to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements. Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on July 23, 2025, at the Administrative Office of Administrative Council for Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, 208 Morton Avenue, Buckhannon, WV 26201. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/interviews with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
