The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of marimony.
To the above-named Respondent: Alen Daugherty
It appears by affidavit filed in this action that Petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that Alen Daugherty serve upon Tia Daugherty, Petitioner, whose address is #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, on or before September 11, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing , may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
