A Final Settlement or Waiver of Final Settlement for the above captioned estates has been presented before me by the Fiduciary of said estate for approval, which report is retained in my office at 14 S. Randolph Ave. Elkins, West Virginia.
I have approved the Reports as presented and will file them with the Honorable County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on or after August 19, 2025
Any person having any interest in said estate may appear before the Honorable County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
