You will take notice that STEVEN P FREDRICK, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2024-C-000146, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, LOT 17th ST 30X52 PT#35 BENTLEY ADN, which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of STARCHER JENNIFER 1/2 DONAWAY LINDA, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 7, 2025. STEVEN P FREDRICK requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.The amount needed to redeem on or before January 31, 2025 will be as follows:
