ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a judgment against Denise M. Clark and Martha N. Vienneua in favor of Citizens Bank of West Virginia.
Defendants, Denise M. Clark and Martha N. Vienneua borrowed and signed a Retail Insatilment Contract and Security Agreement on September 1, 2022, promising to pay unto Citizens Bank of West Virginia monthly payments and pledged a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT4WD SN: 1FMSK8DII2NGB86832, as collateral for said loan, and as further set forth in the Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement.
Defendants, Denise M. Clark and Martha N. Vienneua stopped making payments and defaulted on said loan.
Plaintiff repossessed the 2022 Ford Explorer being held as collateral for the obligation of the Defendants and after the sale thereof there was a deficiency balance due to Plaintiff.
Therefore this suit is to collect the deficiency balanced owed to Plaintiff.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence, but has been unable to located the defendants.
It is ORDERED that Denise M. Clark and Martha N. Vienneua serve upon R. Mike Mullens, the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 324 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days from the date of this publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
